Bletchley Labs Limited ("we", "us") is a New Zealand company. We handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

If you contact us through this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, organisation (if given), and your message. That's it. This site does not use advertising trackers and does not set marketing cookies.

How we use it

We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about work you have asked us about. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (bot detection) and delivered to us by Brevo (email service). These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside New Zealand. Anonymous, privacy-preserving analytics may be used to understand site traffic; these do not identify you personally.

Retention & your rights

We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided. Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. Email[email protected] and we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
